We are the operational command responsible for the operation and maintenance of assigned submarines, submersibles, and the Navy's Ocean Engineering systems. We also serve as the tactical development authority for SUVs, UUVs, Undersea Acoustic Arrays, Arctic Warfare and Submarine Rescue and Escape.
